Pork Broccoli Stir Fry

Switch it up with this quick and easy to make Pork Broccoli stir-fry, perfect for mid-week dinners.

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix water, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and corn flour then set aside. 

  2. Heat a large pan on high heat. Add oil , then add pork, seasoned with some salt and lots of pepper.

  3. Cook until golden. Transfer pork to a plate. Add broccoli and onions.

  4. Cook, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in garlic, ginger, and soy sauce mixture and cook 3 more minutes.

  5. Return pork and juices to the wok. Stir 1 to 2 minutes to heat pork through; season to taste.

    Serve with rice or noodles and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • 500g FoodLand Pork, cut into strips or cubes

  • 2 cups Nature’s Garden Broccoli, microwave cooked

  • 1 tbsp Oil

  • 1 Onion, sliced 

  • 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic 

  • 1 tsp Crushed Ginger 

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 

  • 1/4 cup Water

  • 1 tsp Vinegar 

  • 1 tsp Liberty Honey 

  • 1tsp Liberty Corn Flour 

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
