Tzatziki Mutton Chops

On our table today we have braaied mutton chops served with tzatziki, fresh greens, and convenient Anat pita pockets.


  1. Combine all the spices, garlic, and yogurt in a bowl, season liberally with salt and pepper, and add in the mutton, allowing it to marinate for an hour or overnight.

  2. Sear in a griddle or braai until cooked to your preference.

  3. Serve with cooling tzatziki and Anat pita pockets

  • 1/4 tsp Medium Curry Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder or Spiceman’s Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice


  • 1/4 Grated Cucumber (squeeze out excess liquid)
  • 1tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 cup First Choice Plain Yogurt
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
