Sticky Carrot Pudding

It’s a mesh between malva pudding and a carrot cake, it is really the best of both worlds if you ask us. The best part is, it only takes 30 minutes and 5 ingredients to make it.


  1. Allow the Muffin Mix to thaw and pour into a greased ovenproof bowl or dish.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 till cooked through.
  3. Add cream, syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla essence to a microwave-safe jug, stir, and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring the mixture at 30-second intervals.
  4. When the carrot pudding is cooked, immediately poke it with a fork and pour over the sauce and allow it to sit for 5 minutes to fully absorb.
  5. Serve warm or cold with FoodLand Ice Cream or Custard.


  • Foodland Carrot Muffin Mix
  • 200ml Cream
  • ¼ cup Golden Syrup (or to taste)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
